MeditationCandle Meditation As the Title suggests we use a candle to help us meditate. We place a candle in front of us on a low table or stool at eye level on a safe heat proof surface. We then gaze into the flame while sitting on the floor or a cushion in a comfortable position. This combined with my guidance and breathing techniques helps you to achieve a state of complete relaxation. Guided Meditation This form of Meditation for the student or novice is a perfect place to start, as all you have to do is listen as I use my voice combined with breathing techniques to Guide you along the way to a peaceful and relaxed place. Meditation benefits (1) Meditation can help lower blood pressure. (2) It can help control stress. (3) It can help with concentration and memory. (4) It can help to build self confidence. (5) It can help you achieve a greater inner peace and calm.
